Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years
School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. A contract social
worker position is available to support students in an elementary
school setting, serving grades K-5 in Burnsville, MN. This role
involves providing direct social work services to young students,
helping address their social and emotional needs while
collaborating with educators and families to promote a positive
school environment. Responsibilities include conducting
assessments, developing intervention plans, providing counseling
and support to students, consulting with teachers and parents, and
connecting families with community resources. This position
requires a strong commitment to enhancing student well-being and
the ability to work effectively within a school team.
Qualifications and experience desired: - Masters degree in Social
Work (MSW) required - Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota social work
license - Experience working in an elementary school setting
preferred - Ability to provide individual and group counseling for
students in grades K-5 - Strong communication and collaboration
skills with educators, families, and community partners Location

school hours Compensation: - Hourly rate range from $38.76 to
