We’re looking for a caring, energetic individual to provide respite care for two fun, active young boys with special needs! This is your chance to make a real difference while having a blast with some super cool kiddos.What’s the role?You’ll be helping two active boys who love playing games, building with Legos, and staying active. It’s the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of caregiving and special needs, all while having fun!Why You’ll Love This Job: $17.70/hr (Group Rate) Potential for travel reimbursement – We’ve got you covered if travel is needed. Your Responsibilities: Engage with the boys: Play board games, build with Legos, and participate in fun activities to keep them active and entertained. Behavior management: Use redirection and de-escalation techniques to help the boys stay calm and confident. Support their independence: Encourage the boys to develop new skills and build their self-confidence. Be a positive role model: Offer guidance, companionship, and lots of fun! Ideal Candidate: Energetic & compassionate: You love working with kids, are patient, and have a passion for helping others. Flexible & reliable: You can work with a flexible schedule and are reliable when it comes to showing up for the kids. Experience with special needs is a plus, but we are also happy to train the right person with the right attitude!
