UMAPP connects suppliers, distributors, and professionals through education, events, and advocacy. Were seeking a dynamic, organized, and marketing-minded Executive Director to lead our organization as we enter a new chapter of growth and innovation. The Opportunity As Executive Director, youll serve as UMAPPs key leader and ambassador overseeing operations, managing events, and driving initiatives that expand our membership and strengthen our presence in the industry. Youll work with an engaged volunteer Board of Directors to ensure the associations continued success and relevance. Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day operations of the association. Manage finances, budgets, and membership systems. Support planning and execute UMAPPs events Develop marketing and communication strategies to grow membership and visibility. Maintain and continuously improve UMAPPs website, newsletters, and email campaigns. Represent UMAPP at industry events and with partner organizations. Collaboratively work with the Board and committees in implementing strategic goals. What Were Looking For Experience in association management, nonprofit leadership, or event marketing. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, and digital marketing tools (Wild Apricot, Constant Contact, Canva). Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented. Knowledge of the promotional products industry a plus. Compensation Competitive salary and bonus structure based on experience and scope.
