Overview Arcserve is seeking an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented
Territory Account Manager for our MSP business in our dynamic Eden
Prairie, MN (HQ) sales office. At Arcserve, we firmly believe that

motivated self-starters interested in working in a fast-paced and
dynamic sales environment to help promote and sell our
comprehensive Data Recovery and Backup software solutions. Key
Responsibilities: Directly responsible for revenue in the assigned
territory and accounts Engage and interlock with channel partners,
new prospects, and existing customers Use Salesforce CRM to contact
prospective customers and reach marketing prospects qualified by
our sales development organization Generate new prospects and
opportunities via phone and email, discussing their needs and how
our products and services can meet them Engage with MSP Partners in
your territory to grow revenues and client engagement Collaborate
with partner account managers to expand channel presence and
relationships within your geography Build and maintain
relationships with existing customers, leveraging our 25-year
history in data protection to grow revenues Gain and maintain
access to decision makers and end users in prospective client
companies Maintain lead, account, and forecast records in
Salesforce Develop a solid understanding of Arcserve products and
stay up to date on industry trends, competitive developments, and
internal portfolio advancements Achieve revenue targets and
objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business management,
Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience to
meet the essential functions of the position 2-5 years of sales
experience in the technology sector Demonstrated ability to work
independently and as a team player Excellent organizational and
communication skills Experience working alongside Channel Partners
Experience in Data Security, Data Protection, Storage, and MSP is a
plus Excellent customer service skills Desire to work in a
high-energy sales team environment Proven track record of building
