Sales Representative (Outbound)
Remote optional after 90 days!
*Must reside within driving distance to our Burnsville, MN office*Starting at $24/hour + uncapped commission
Training & Full-time Schedule:

• First 90 days: 9:00am-5:30pm CST (Monday-Friday) In Office
• After 90 days: 9:00am-5:30pm CST (Monday-Friday) Remote
  Job Summary:We are looking for energetic, competitive sales-minded, performance-driven individuals to join our team at Stauer. This position is on-site for the first 90 day in our Burnsville, MN office. In this role, you will be responsible for: building relationships with clients, providing customer service on orders, products, and other customer related inquiries; as well as selling and upselling Stauer products, promotions, and memberships. This position is a relationship-based sales role and one where our employees are rewarded for meeting performance metrics and goals. Ideal candidates will be hungry to sell and have the ambition to meet sales goals and build long-lasting relationships with their clients.
  No cold calling! You will only be calling customers who have already purchased from Stauer.
  Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • People person who enjoys building long-lasting relationships.
  • Good working knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Excellent phone skills and ability to build genuine rapport with customers.
  • Candidates must be hungry to sell and have the ambition to meet sales goals.
  • Proven history of achieving quota in a sales driven environment.
  • Preferred knowledge of sales presentations, overcoming objections, and closing strategies.
  • Self-motivated, goal orientated and a strong closer.
  • Knowledge and/or love of jewelry, watches and collectibles a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience using multiple technological programs, systems, or applications while interacting with customers.
