Job Description:

*Document recognition -being able to recognize and prep the different types of mortgage documents.

- Research items using emBTRUST database.

- Performs daily operational tasks which may include: preparing and scanning New Loan Deposits, processing sales or transfers in entirety, file back to shelf, file priority documents within specified timeframes, research locationally challenged loans, research documents all while meeting departmental production standards.

- Oversee high profile private customer accounts by ensuring the filing of new loans and documents are completed by the time the loans are requested for e-release. Files for e-release need to be pulled and scanned out immediately. Issues need to be escalated to manager and work director timely.

- Physically check shelves and carts when researching files.

- Assist in the resolution of customer issues.

- Assist in the LC files follow-up and research, completing all steps on the checklist.

- Provide coverage to other Processors, Clerks and Work Directors as needed.

- Self starter, work in team environment

- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds.

- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.

- Flexible to perform other tasks as assigned

Strong working knowledge of emBTRUST, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. - Prior Vault Operations experience. - Previous customer service experience - Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems - Good discretion on escalating issues to managers and work directors - Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaborate with team. - Effective time management and strong analytical skills. - Ability to lift, push and pull 35 pounds. - At least 2+ years related experience - Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time We are an equal employment opportunity employer and will consider all qualified candidates without regard to disability or protected veteran status.
