GENZ RYAN IS SEEKING EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIANS!40 HOURS GUARANTEED, EVERY WEEK, ALL YEAR LONG!PAY IS $29.00-$55.00+/HOUR!Work Schedules Offered: - -

• Day shift, Monday-Friday with minimal scheduled on-call rotations -
• Day shift, Tuesday-Saturday shift (plus $3/hour shift differential!) -

    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems for homeowners in the Twin Cities area -
    • Present each homeowner with a menu of custom options to provide exceptional, total home comfort -
    • Perform work with a strong focus on safety
    • Maintain a professional image
    • Stock, clean, and maintain company issued vehicle
    • Perform quality walks to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Miscellaneous duties as assignedTHE IDEAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN:
      • Previous HVAC service experience in residential homes
      • Must possess a valid driver's license
      • Positive, "can-do" attitude
      • Ability to work in an ever-changing and evolving environment
      • Willingness, and ability, to learn
