• Basic mathematical skills -
• Customer service and how we interact with the homeowner
• Repair or replace defective systems, components, or wiring.
• Inspect, reassemble, test, and repair systems according to manufacturer specifications
• Discuss heating-cooling system malfunctions with users or verify that malfunctions have been corrected.
• Processes to test and troubleshoot equipment
• Recommend, develop, and perform preventative and general maintenance procedures such as cleaning, power-washing and vacuuming equipment, oiling parts, and changing filters.
• Assist with other work in coordination with service team.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned. -Jack Ryan Academy Apprentice HVAC Technician Qualifications:
• A positive, "can-do" attitude
• A motivated, sales driven personality with a knack for working face to face with customers
• Ability to work in an evolving environment and embracing change
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Age 18+
• Impeccable communication skills
