Trystar Business Analysts are experts in both our business and the technology that supports our business. They partner with process owners to streamline system processes which helps to drive progress on the organizations financial and operational performances.   • Support the business by performing training on Epicor ERP functionalities
  • Partner with business leaders enterprise-wide to define consistent system processes that support organizational growth, strategic initiatives, and reporting requirements
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert in Trystar key business systems functional and technical capabilities in order to support enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Create functional specifications for system enhancements or modifications to support software development
  • Assist in software implementation and upgrade projects
  • Extract, Transform, and Load data as needed for Ad-Hoc requests
  • Define and lead user acceptance scripts and testing procedures for custom development, system upgrades, system enhancements, and system integrations
  • Maintain knowledge of current and future functionality and capabilities around ERP, CRM, iPaaS, and other business critical applications and technologies Job Requirements: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelors Degree
    • At least 2 years of experience with Epicor ERP/Kinetic
    • At least 2 years of experience in streamlining business processes and understanding process flows across multiple teams to create common processes and procedures
    • At least 2 years of experience solving business needs with software solutions
    • Excellent written and verbal skills ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
      • Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, or related field
      • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple concepts
      • Proven facilitation and collaboration skills
      • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analysis or related position
      • Experience as a Project Manager that drove system enhancement or development projects
      • Experience training users on ERP functionalities
      • Self-driven learner, with the ability to quickly pick up and learn new system functionalities and capabilities
      • Highly motivated, passionate, and exceptional communications skills
      • Proven abilities to take initiative and have an innovative approach by Jobble
