SummaryAnalyze, organize, plan, and administer various phases of
day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance / repair activities
for the Technology Insertion Hardware Program and smaller
programs/portions of a larger program. As an analyst working with
Business Intelligence tools and developing Business intelligence
metrics and action plans will be required. Participate in various
team meetings with a willingness to evaluate upstream and
downstream impacts to the programs identifying risks along with
risk mitigation needs.Job Responsibilities
- Analyze standard contractual documents, technical data,
customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer
operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned
contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance / repair
requirements
- Monitor and Assess Product Lifecycle Management - Introduction,
Growth, Maturity, Saturation, Decline, and Phase-Out
- Use Business Intelligence tools and develop Business
Intelligence metrics to create action plans
- Analyze vendor historical data and past performance to predict
future results
- Manage Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material
Shortages(DMSMS) and obsolescence
- Develop logistics products, plans, metrics and manage DMSMS in
support of Engineering Change Management across multiple program
platforms through Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) techniques in
support of Design to Production Transition.
- Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard
logistics processes
- Conduct distribution and network studies, monitor inventory,
and analyze requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired
delivery times
- Responsible for applying the integrated logistics process,
procedures and providing implementation guidance
- Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission,
values, and culture of the organization Job Responsibilities Part

- Responsible for applying the integrated logistics process,

- Support internal team and external customer reviews
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP/MES/Quality/GFP systems
- Must have working knowledge of Functional product lifecycles
and processesQualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Must have, or have the ability to acquire, US Security
Clearance Level: Secret
- Bachelor's degree and related technical training with at least
2+ years directly related experience (or equivalent combination of
education / training and experience)
- Related experience in logistics, sustainment, support plans,
provisioning, integration, life cycle management and technical
manual development
- Experience with ICAPS, APL, and PCCN tracking and coding within
government systems
- Demonstrated skills, to include Analyzing Engineering Systems
Management Data, Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures, and
Developing Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines
- Microsoft Office (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project,
Access)
- Lean and 6-sigma tools experience a plus#NEL #LI-AS1
