OEM/Distribution Territory Manager

We are fortunate to be in a very fun and exciting industry and are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to support our culture and growth. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and be able to utilize it to negotiate and close deals. This position must drive sales growth while maximizing revenue building activities. This position will support the overall sales of the organization by providing strategic advice and services to our customers. The candidate will also need to maintain and build extremely strong relationships with customers to ensure continued sales growth, and brand integrity. You must have a knack for helping others (dealers and customer sales reps) find success selling our products. The perfect candidate will help coordinate and staff multiple trade shows while interacting with our end users.

- - - - - - -Identify new product opportunities by communicating the voice of customer to internal team members
- - - - - - -Support our social media presence, which in turn will drive awareness and sales.
- - - - - - -Design and implement a strategic sales plan that maximizes efficiency and allows for servicing current customer needs as well as seeking new opportunities.
- - - - - - -Track sales targets/metrics and ensure achievement of sales goals.
- - - - - - -Build and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
- - - - - - -Evaluate trends within the marketplace and react appropriately.
- - - - - - -Assist in building forecasts for annual performance to ensure both sales and purchasing needs are met.
- - - - - - -Field customer service inquiries and be the expert in both product knowledge as well as technical assistance.

Experience in channel sales.
Experience in the power sports industry.
Strong negotiation skills
Able to identify new opportunities, whether it's new products, new customers, new sales strategies, all to continue the company's profitable growth.
5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ in the power sports industry
Demonstrated ability to consistently grow sales.
Demonstrated ability to be customer centric.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; credible with internal stakeholders and external audiences; comfortable meeting with/presenting to groups both internal and external.
Ability to travel (both locally and across the US), Must have a valid driver's license, and occasionally move heavy objects/products.
