JOB LOCATION: Burnsville, MNJOB SUMMARY:
The Data Analyst is responsible for the design, development, and
distribution of business intelligence deliverables and solutions
which support the reporting and general information needs of the
organization, and assists the business in making informed
decisions.JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Data Science, Statistics,
Mathematics, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent
combination of education and work experience.
- 2+ years of experience developing with SQL/T-SQL.
- 2+ years of experience developing with Python, R, JavaScript or
other languages used in data analysis and visualization.
- 2+ years of experience using SQL Server Integration Services
(SSIS) with Visual Studio or other ETL tools.
- 2+ years of experience using SQL Server Reporting Services
(SSRS) or other report development tools.
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau,
QlikView, or other BI tools.
- 2+ years of experience of database development with SQL Server,
Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, or other database systems.
- Expert knowledge of database architecture, concepts and
tools.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry
preferred.
- Previous experience with ITIL preferred.
- Previous experience working with APIs and microservices
preferred.
- Previous experience with cloud services and technologies such
as Microsoft Azure or AWS preferred.
- Previous experience working with graph databases
preferred.
- Previous experience working with data streaming technologies
preferred.
- Previous experience with the Jack Henry PowerOn language is a
plus.
- Ability to reason through logic problems and apply creative
thinking.
- Ability to learn new programming languages and
technologies.
- Ability to transform data into formats easily digestible to
end-users.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and analyze data quickly and
accurately.
- Ability to work in an agile environment on multiple projects at
a time.
- Strong verbal, documentation, and written communication
skills.
- Maintain compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its
provisions.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment drug test and various
background checks.
- Responsible for regular and reliable attendance at the
workplace.HOURS: Core office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am
- 5:00pm; Exempt.
