Compensation & Advancement (Performance-Based) Farmers Proteg compensation reflects production and progression: * Early-stage / inconsistent performance: ~$35,000$40,000 * Strong, consistent Protegs: $50,000$65,000 * Top-tier performers: $70,000 * Long-term upside: Agency ownership with uncapped income potential There are no commission caps and no artificial ceilings.
