Description:Caretaker for Luxury Apartment CommunityWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Caretaker for Vale. The Caretaker will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our future and current residents' living spaces and the building's common areas. This includes light maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining our reputation for excellence. Join us in making our luxury apartment communities shine!SALARY RANGE $17.00-$20.00/hour is dependent on education, experience, and backgroundSCHEDULE: flexibility, but weekend availability is requiredLOCATIONS: Vale- 11816 Wayzata Blvd, Minnetonka, MN 55305Requirements:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Common Areas & Amenities: Clean and maintain community rooms, pool and spa areas, outdoor patios and grilling stations, fitness centers, saunas, and guest suitesVacant Apartments: Conduct thorough cleaning of vacant apartments to prepare them for new residentsCarpet Care: Shampoo carpets using company-provided equipment to ensure a pristine appearanceSupplies Management: Oversee cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are well-stockedExterior Maintenance: Keep exterior walkways and landscaped areas clean and presentableSnow/Ice Care: Assist with snow and ice management to maintain safe access to building entriesDeep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks on a periodic basis to uphold the highest standards of cleanlinessEvent Assistance: Support the property management team during resident events as neededLight Maintenance: Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, furnace filters, and replacing batteriesFlexibility: Occasionally provide support at other locations as requiredQUALIFICATIONS:Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but not requiredStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and professional communication with residents, vendors, and team membersBasic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipmentMust be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethicPhysically capable of lifting 25 pounds and being on your feet for extended periods of timeWHAT WE OFFER:At Doran, we care about the people who choose to build their careers with us and therefore offer a robust benefits package for employees and their families.Competitive Pay - earn monthly renewal bonuses and quarterly bonuses in addition to your hourly ratePaid Time Off - PTO plans start at 120 hours a yearComprehensive Health Plans - health, dental, vision, flex spending accounts, HSA with employer contributionLife, AD&D, STD & LTD - Employer paid Life and AD&D insurance, options to purchase voluntary life for yourself and your family, additional AD&D options.
