us!?General Purpose and Scope of Position:The Crop Protection
Actives Portfolio Lead will provide leadership, strategic
direction, and portfolio and brand execution for the Crop
Protection market with Wilbur-Ellis. This position will develop
comprehensive market and molecule strategies in alignment with the
national Crop Protection and Tenkoz strategic direction. In
addition, this role will manage all aspects of portfolio and brand
management including plan development and execution, brand
development, organization communication, execution, and
implementation. The Actives Portfolio Manager has full
accountability in all aspects of implementation and P&L impact
related to portfolio, brand strategies, and execution. Development
of tactical marketing plans will be another area of responsibility
especially related to implementing aligned supplier and Tenkoz
portfolio and brand strategies. In addition, enabling Wilbur-Ellis?
market approach across all market segments in the Crop Protect
market. This role will actively manage all supplier partnerships
related to developing and implementing portfolio and actives
strategies for generic and mature life cycle actives across
Wilbur-Ellis.?The exact location is negotiable for the right
candidate.??Key Skills and Abilities:Education: Bachelor?s degree
in Agriculture or related fields required. MBA preferredExperience:
7+ years experience within Agriculture or similar industry. Crop
Protection supplier marketing is required, and distributor
experience preferredStrong and visible leadership ? Ability to
quickly establish credibility and utilize strategic thinking to
shape the organization and strategic plan in partnership with
cross-functional stakeholdersImpact and influence ? Ability to
influence, develop and maintain effective internal/external

Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:Develop and execute a 3-year
crop protection activities marketing plan incorporating market
trends, generic landscape, grower segmentation, technology
introductions, and competitive landscapeDevelop, lead, and
implement a comprehensive portfolio, molecule, and brand strategy
with our key strategic suppliers and Tenkos that maximizes market
value for supplier and W-E. Plan focus should be centered on
developing a broad portfolio across multiple grower segments and
value-added brandsSupport Crop Protection Strategy team in
developing and driving CP strategy direction and alignment within
the organization, key supplier partners and TenkozSupports
development and implementation of marketing tools and sales
direction across the organizationManages and coordinates with
Branded Technologies the ideation of new value-added product
concepts in alignment with CP strategy, marketing plan, key
suppliers and TenkozManages and coordinates with support
departments, suppliers, and external partners to develop and
implement marketing campaignsMonitors and drives molecule
strategies to ensure compliance and exceeding sales and profit
targets internally, with key suppliers and Tenkoz including
forecast developmentUtilizes BI to generate extensive sales reports
that support monitoring sales and strategy progress and
achievementManage and lead internal and external meetings as
required by the business and in the development of marketing and
molecule strategiesManage and support the crop protection
department in rebate reconciliation?Compensation and Benefits:In
compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of
pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $137,500 -
$192,500.? Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and
experience.? This position is eligible for an annual discretionary
bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental
