physical work environment. Employees are required to communicate with their Foreman to complete the daily project goals. Communication is vital in this industry and includes listening

Under the direction of experienced crew members:

Provide assistance with installing and repairing roofs

flashings

and surfaces.

Remove old roofing materials (tear off).

Sweep and clean roofs to prepare them for the application of new roofing materials.

Clean work areas

grounds

and equipment.

Load or unload materials.

Lay insulation.

Glue and prime.

Roll Walls and Seams.

Nail off the roof edge.

Reinforced perimeter strip - pre details

Laying out fastening patterns.

Understand the use of and operate rooftop equipment.

Operate power tools and other appropriate tools.

Ability to utilize induction welding to attach TPO or PVC roof systems

Complete career training once developed.

Assist with other day-to-day duties as requested.
