Sr UX Designer
HQ is located in Twin Cities, MN

• Position is REMOTE, but would prefer someone local to Minneapolis - St Paul, MN
  
  $120,000 - $135,000 base range DOQ ( unlimited PTO, Good benefits and 10% bonus plan )
  
  Our mid-size, global data & analytics tech client, is looking to add a Sr level UX Designer to their Innovations Product Engineering division. This is a brand-new SaaS platform being built that has a baseline foundation complete, with all of the details, decisions, architecture, features and experience still needed to be figured out! A great opportunity to put "your stamp" on future global, revenue-producing, flagship platform! This person will add velocity to these 3 product engineering teams!
  
  
  We are looking for someone with specific "Data driven design" experience! Someone who believes in data-rich user experiences.

  • Must be able to share portfolio of work examples. This doesn't need to be all completed work either.
    
  • Looking for someone passionate about delivery and execution! Someone inquisitive and self-motivated. This team is very intelligent and there is a ton to learn from one another.
    
  • Looking for proven experience within corporate environment, working as UX Designer
    
  • We are looking for data-driven background, not just ecommerce or traffic-driven solutions
    
  • Technical Skills: CSS, HTML and any JavaScript, React, Node, Angular, jQuery, etc. would be nice.
    
  • Proficient with design / wireframe tools, such as Adobe XD, Illustrator and/or Figma
    
  • Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and ensure a seamless user experience

    • Design icons and graphic assets
      
    • Identify and troubleshoot UX responsiveness problems
      
    • Conduct multivariate and usability testing and adjust designs appropriately based on user feedback
      
    • A deep understanding of responsive design and an understanding of the iOS Human Guidelines and Material Design guidelines
