employees even further. We are currently seeking a Business
Development Representative that embodies our company values of:

located in Burnsville & Lakeville, MN but will soon move to a new
office and factory in Rosemount, MN.In-office with remote
potential.With commissions and bonuses, position could make $75,000
to $90,000.Essential Functions:
- Gathers and provides market research (brand, competitors,
market changes).
- Makes outbound cold calls to equipment dealers to generate new
dealer opportunities.
- Makes outbound cold calls to end-users to create new sales
opportunities.
- Develops a business plan with targets.
- Asks questions about prospect's company following the new
dealer acquisition process to verify fit.
- Maintains and expands dealer database through research and
outbound prospecting.
- Creates new end-user opportunities in markets with existing
dealers.
- Creates opportunities with equipment dealers in new
markets.
- Generates opportunities with new National Account/large
end-users.
- Builds awareness of the SnowWolf brand in the marketplace.About
