Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at Schmidt Artist Lofts, a 260-unit apartment community in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included if hired by 10/31/21! ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment)

 

Position Summary:

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the property.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
  • Establish positive relationships within the community
  • Be on-call as scheduled by management

Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of previous property management experience necessary
  • Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Resident Apartment Manager (RAM), or similar designation preferred
  • Section 42 / Tax Credit experience required
  • Yardi software experience a plus
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgment
