Hiring Trailer Technicians

Trudell Trailers - Small Shop With Big Benefits

Trailer Technician Benefits:

Pay range of $16 (Technician Assistant) to $25 (Journeyman Technician) per hour
$5,000 - $10,000 signing bonus (depending on experience) paid out over the first year of employment
Most benefits effective 1st of the month following date of hire

Vacation and holiday pay
No weekends!

Wisconsin - Green Bay

2nd Shift (10 am – 8 pm CST)
$18 - $25 per hour
Four days, 10 hours per day with a rotating day off.

Minnesota - Albertville

1st Shift (6 am – 2 pm, M-F) & 2nd Shift (2 pm – 12:30 am CST, M-T)
$18 - $28 per hour.
2nd shift offers Four days, 10 hours per day with Fridays off (3 day weekends).

Minnesota - Eagan

1st Shift (8 am – 4:30 pm, M-F)
$18 - $28 per hour.

Trailer Technician Requirements:

Authorized to work in the United States
Prior trailer repair and maintenance experience (2 years or more preferred)
Background check and Isokinetic required
