Right now, we’re looking for someone like you to be a Distribution Center Trainer for our client Quality Bicycle Products in Bloomington, MN. As a DC Trainer, you will be responsible for implementing a high-performance training program that includes a variety of DC processes.

You will emphasize safety, efficiency, and accuracy while providing a warm and welcoming learning environment. You will have the opportunity to interact with a variety of people and play a vital role in their work experience and success.

• Provide introductory and ongoing advanced training for department processes.
• Maintain the training curriculum.
• Perform effective floor training and shift start presentations.
• Evaluate trainee performance and retrain when necessary.
• Be fun, approachable, and professional.
• Teach safe machine operation.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
