Job Description:
Centrally located, on Nicollet Ave, AM Salon is a Minnesota
rental salon established in 1988. We are looking for additional
stylists, and hair dressers, (facial waxing experience is not
required though supplies are available), to add to our team of hair
entrepreneurs! The stylists that are with us today have an average
tenure at our salon of 20 years, and enjoy setting their own
schedules, handling their own clientele, and the flexibilities that
renting at AM Salon provides. AM salon has been a rental salon for
as long as it has been opened, and we are looking for experienced
stylists, that have a decent client base, a spirit for
entrepreneurship and excellent hair skills. We offer: Free
entrepreneurial skills training/mentoring regarding: client
management, appointment scheduling, advertising yourself, payment
rates, how to raise your rates and keep your current customers,
obtaining new clients through marketing, setting and reviewing your
goals. Flexible chair scheduling. You pick the days you want to
work. Part-time, Full-time or a few times per month. Additional
Marketing No hovering boss- you are your own boss Your first 6th
and 7th weeks rent free Free back bar supplies Free WIFI Facial wax
station Hair Steamer Openly spaced styling stations and plenty of
free parking 10% product commission and future advancement in
commission. Open 7 Days a week You will receive your own set of
keys Qualifications/Licenses: Must be dedicated to customer service
Active managers license in cosmetology is required To Inquire about
