Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $24.00 Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00 pm- 12 pm Benefits (Available from Day One): Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Paid Time Off / Sick Leave Holiday Pay Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain equipment and work areas, including mixers, pallets, and other tools. Set up cages and prepare forms for production. Read blueprints and perform green cuts accurately. Assist with transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds. Load and unload materials and supplies. Set up forms in the manufacturing process of concrete products. Handle and move heavy construction materials safely. Shovel pits and maintain cleanliness in work areas. Qualifications Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. Read and understand blueprints. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Skilled in operating industrial forklifts, overhead cranes, and skid steers. Strong work ethic, willingness to work overtime, and ability to take direction well. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Physical Requirements Push or pull a cart with 80 pounds of force. Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently. Additional Details Drug screen required; background check not required. Equipment used: Crane, Forklift, Skid Steer. No travel involved. Long-term opportunity with potential for growth.
