We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee night-time operations at our busy distribution center. This role is critical as it ensures the precise organization and efficient operation of our warehouse during the night shift, supervising a team committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and accuracy in order fulfillment. Manage and oversee night shift warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff to optimize performance and retention. Coordinate with logistics and transportation departments to ensure smooth transitions and adherence to schedules. Implement and supervise effective inventory control methods and maintain accurate records. Enforce safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a secure and efficient warehouse environment. Evaluate performance metrics and compile reports for senior management, suggesting improvements where necessary. Manage budgets, schedules, and other administrative tasks required for nighttime operation.
