Technical Scrum Master Contract Length: 6 Month contract On Site
Work Location: MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55415 Ref 245262 Seeking an
experienced Scrum Lead to manage technical scrum teams in a
fast-paced environment. The role will include temporary overlap
managing two scrum teams simultaneously for approximately 2–3 weeks
during the contract period. Key Responsibilities Lead technical
scrum teams through Agile ceremonies and delivery cycles Manage
overlapping scrum teams for a defined 2–3 week period during
mid-contract Support initiatives related to financial services
marketing, promotional offers, and offer management Contribute to
data center migration efforts Support microservices, data service
products, and middleware management initiatives Required Experience
Experience leading technical scrum teams Experience in financial
services marketing, promotional offers, or offer management
Experience with data center migrations Experience working with
microservices, data service products, or middleware management
Skills Change Management JIRA and Confluence Product Management
