thrive.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Vice President, Digital Technology
for HR andLaw is a pivotal leadership role at the center of
Cargill’s digital transformation. This leader will shape and
deliver the technology strategy for our HR and Law functions,
embedding advanced digital capabilities into business initiatives
and driving strategic outcomes that elevate our people, processes,
and culture. Leading a high-performing global team, the Vice
President will champion large-scale transformative initiatives that
redefine how we work and amplify value across the organization.
With a strong focus on modernization, this leader will harness the
power of platforms like SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, along
with emerging technologies such as AI and automation, to enable
smarter operations, accelerate decision-making, and foster more
agile, future-ready ways of working. This role calls for a blend of
technical depth and expertise, strategic foresight, and the ability
to inspire teams within a performance-driven culture that values
accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. The Vice
President will closely collaborate with the HR and Legal teams,
bringing the ability to influence and guide their strategic
direction while championing the role of technology across both
functions. As a visible ambassador for Cargill’s Digital Technology
and Data organization, the Vice President will build trust, foster
strategic partnerships, and strengthen our presence in the broader

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: Provides strategic leadership in developing
and implementing a technology roadmap that supports the overall
enterprise or function strategy and aligns with client and
organizational objectives.PARTNER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
Cultivates balanced strategic relationships with enterprise,
function and executive leadership and provides expertise to
partners in defining scenarios and coordinating organizational
communication efforts.VALUE CREATION & COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT: Leads
new value creation opportunities and preserves value by guiding the
execution of compliance policies, managing external partner
relationships, reviewing service level requirements and optimizing
operating costs.PERFORMANCE EVALUATION & OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS:
Evaluates and reviews performance against service level agreements,
ensuring teams collaborate to achieve operational
effectiveness.PROJECT EXECUTION & BENEFIT REALIZATION: Oversees the
execution of product, process, and data initiatives, identifies
constraints, evaluates the realization of benefits upon project
implementation, and ensures teams deliver against expectations
throughout approved projects.INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGY ENABLEMENT:
Champions and influences the introduction of new solutions,
technologies and applications to enable business processes,
including corporate and transformation initiatives.VENDOR
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Handles relationships with external
vendors, negotiates contracts, and ensures service level agreements
are met.TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manages team members to achieve the
organization's goals, by ensuring productivity, communicating
performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and
seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and
holding people accountable, supporting employee development,
recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing
enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team
culture.QualificationsMinimum requirement of 10 years of relevant
work experience. Typically reflects 15 years or more of relevant
experience service as a global IT leader with budgetary
responsibilities. Proven ability to design and implement
comprehensive digital strategies and large-scale program
management. Demonstrated familiarity with enterprise HR technology
platforms, ideally leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to drive digital
transformation and operational efficiency. Experience transforming
and operating within a product-centric delivery model. Demonstrated
expertise in enterprise-wide change leadership and strategic
stakeholder influence, driving alignment and transformation across
teams.Experience leading global, cross-functional teams by
fostering a high-performance culture centered on collaboration,
accountability, and delivering impactful business outcomes at
scale. The expected base salary for this position is $250,000 -
$325,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors
including but not limited to the specific location, certifications,
education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate
may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential
associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The
incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and
