HR functions
Helping out with A/P and A/R
50-60 employees within the dealership
Process payroll not just data entry or timesheets
HR employee hand books onboarding
Previous office managerPayroll/Accounting Specialist (Someone who was a previous Office Manager and Processed Payroll could be a really good fit) - Processing Payroll for 60+ Employees (Has to have actually processed previous payroll not just Data Entry- HR Support (Employee Benefits, On-Boarding, Handbook, etc.)-Accounting Duties:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Reconciliations
- Manage Excel SpreadsheetsSoftware: Dealership specific - not required to have worked in the industry or software previously
