JOB LOCATION: Burnsville, MN
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist supports efforts related to TruStone Financial's engagement, retention and culture strategy by assisting in the creation and implementation of programs that enhance engagement, connectivity, and the overall work experience. This position will provide support for a variety of HR functions and activities related to the employee experience, to include employee engagement, rewards and recognition, performance management, payroll administration, on-boarding and off-boarding. The HR Generalist will also provide guidance to others to help resolve issues, enhance communication, and build relationships across the organization while contributing to efforts that help drive our company culture, mission, and core values, allowing for a top-notch employee experience that positions TruStone Financial as an employer of choice.JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of previous human resources experience, supporting a variety of HR functions.
  • Experience in the employee engagement and employee experience space preferred.
  • Previous payroll and benefits experience preferred; ADP experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with rules, laws, and regulations pertaining to human resources, employee benefits, payroll and credit union industry preferred.
  • PC experience including a strong working knowledge Microsoft Office products, Internet and E-mail/Outlook or equivalents.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear concise and professional manner to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Solid creativity, problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated with an ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to relate well to others and build strong business relationships with employees.
  • A high degree of integrity and ability to maintain complete confidentiality.
  • Maintain compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
  • Responsible for regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.HOURS: Approximately 40-hours per week during our standard business hours of Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm; Exempt.
