NOW HIRING for Customer Service Reps These positions will be in office, MUST LIVE in MN Please do not apply if you don't reside inMN or do not have the MUST HAVES below MUST HAVES:Minimum 2 years of college and/or 2+ years of similar customer service experience. (Manufacturing CSR experience preferred) Description:

• Keeps customers informed of Company policies, procedures, and order status of their accounts.
• Ability to analyze requests and suggest solutions.
• Works with our accounting department to correct invoicing problems or questions on accounts.
• Other duties, such as providing support for the sales and marketing department and other special projects as requested.
• Problem solving to assist customers in making sound decisions and achieve customer satisfaction. Pay: $18-20/hr Shift:Monday - Friday 8-4:30 possibility of OT.
