Job Description Position Title: RN Director – Medical,
Rehabilitation & Surgical Units Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Stillwater, Oklahoma Position Overview A healthcare
organization is seeking an experienced RN Director to provide
leadership across the Medical, Rehabilitation, and Surgical units.
This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations,
staffing, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance while
fostering a culture of excellence in patient care. Qualifications
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma BSN
required; Master’s degree highly preferred Minimum of 5 years of
inpatient nursing supervisory experience Minimum of 2 years of
director-level leadership across multiple departments Current CPR
certification or completion within 30 days of employment Experience
with Meditech preferred Epic experience strongly preferred Work
Schedule & Expectations Weekends as needed Holidays on a rotating
schedule Staffing Typical nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 Compensation
Salary range: $103,040 – $154,560 Potential sign-on bonus
