Qualifications Graduate of an associate's or baccalaureate nursing program. Associate's degree graduates must provide documented evidence of program completion of their baccalaureate degree in nursing within 5 years from the last day of the month of their RN start date. Three years of clinical experience as an RN in an acute care setting is required. Must be highly professional with excellent leadership, organizational, clinical and interpersonal skills.
