Our comprehensive benefits package includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options Pet health insurance CEU reimbursement 11 Paid Holidays Employee enrichment programs Uniform credits Who You Are You are a Certified Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant who is passionate about: Injury prevention and rehabilitation Employee wellness and workplace fitness Fostering strong communication and collaboration What You’ll Do As an Industrial Health Clinician, you will: Lead and maintain on-site injury prevention programs Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement early intervention strategies Develop and oversee wellness initiatives and provide job coaching Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols Lead group or individual conditioning classes and personal training sessions Expand and promote the company’s workplace fitness program Key Responsibilities Design and implement injury prevention programs, including work simulations and job coaching Engage employees through health-focused initiatives and educational workshops Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to optimize workplace wellness Track and analyze program metrics to measure effectiveness and success Physical Demands Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs Why Join Us?
