person-centered nursing care in alignment with Mayo Clinic
standards. - Monitor and manage residents' health needs across
multiple care settings. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
to ensure resident safety and well-being. - Accurately document
skilled interventions to reflect clinical judgement and resident

program. Qualifications To be considered for the LPN position, you
must meet the following requirements: - Graduate of a school of
practical nursing or passed LPN Boards after a defined period in a
professional nursing program (e.g., some states allow RN students
to take the LPN board exam after completing one to two years in the
RN program). If graduation has not occurred within the last two
years, one year of LPN experience working in an applicable setting
is required. License/Certification - Minnesota Licensed Practical
Nurse license; active on the Minnesota Board of Nursing Registry. -
Basic Cardiac Life Support for Health Care Providers Certification
(must come from one of the following providers: American Heart
Association, Red Cross, or Military Training Network). Additional
Qualifications - One year of work experience in Long Term Care or
Home Health or two years of acute care nursing is preferred. -
Ability to work independently. - Strong commitment to teamwork,
communication, and resident-centered care. - Strong problem-solving
skills are necessary with the ability to collect, compare, sort and
prioritize information to be used in the decision-making process
for groups of residents and employees. - Ability to adapt to
unpredictable situations and stress. - Works flexible hours which
may include days, evenings, nights, holidays and weekends.

Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) ( or the Association of

Nonexempt Compensation Detail $24.02 - $34.76 / hour; Education,
experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity

Time Hours/Pay Period 60 Schedule Details 12-hour shifts (day, and
night) with weekend rotation, giving you the opportunity to work
fewer days while maintaining the same number of hours. Design your
