Overview:Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $47 per hour. When you come to work at an Ebenezer community, we strive to support your growth, honor your strengths and empower you to make a difference in the lives of others.Responsibilities/Job Description:Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care PlanCoordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesRN Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as neededProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares providedQualifications:Required:Current MN RN license with the MN Board of NursingAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS)Preferred:Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systemsWork experience in a patient support role, RNGood written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providersAbility to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric populationby Jobble
