As a CNA you willparticipate as a member of the team; foster an

Information regarding the $1,000 bonus must be included in the
offer letter so the candidate is notified and paid according to
guidelines of $500.00 after 3 months and remaining $500.00 after 6
months. In order to be eligible and receive the hire bonus, the new
hire must:
- fulfill the scheduled shifts hired for
- complete required training
- meet performance expectations as determined by the supervisor
This bonus must be time defined and approved by the Sr. Director or
Sr. Area Director.
