Overview
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent
benefits and wages ranging from $22.19 - $28.00 / hour. Wage
determinations will be based on similar experience.
Additional pay when working evening/night shifts
We are seeking a Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR) to support
our residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility! This role provides
hands on care and support services for our senior residents at our
spacious care center in Burnsville, MN
This patient support position includes;
64 hours in 2 weeks
Day/evening shift; 6AM-6PM
Every other weekend and typically a Holiday rotation

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is a multi-award winning nursing and
care community in Burnsville, MN. We are located across the street
from Fairview Ridges Hospital, and conveniently located at the
I-35E and I-35W split. The Care Center offers short-term and
long-term skilled nursing care and services for seniors needing
daily assistance or ongoing nursing care. Our warm and welcoming
community offers 56 private suites and 17 semi-private suites.

Responsibilities/Job Description
Assists resident based on individual care plan with personal cares
such as; bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing,
showers and responds to call lights
Nursing Assistant may per community patient care model check and
record vitals
AM/PM cares; including peri care and catheter care
May turn, lift or transfer residents with or without other
persons/mechanical assistance
Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff in a
clear and concise manner
Chart or document in electronic medical record system
Seeks to resolve resident and family concerns
Receives and gives report to appropriate staff during various times
in work shift
Other duties such as; order and cleanliness in rooms and work
areas, reports malfunctioning equipment to maintenance department,
and answers phones in a timely manner
Qualifications
Required:
Active on MN Nursing Assistant registry
If hired into the Ebenezer Nursing Assistant program, granted a
4-month grace period from hire date to be active on the MN Nursing
Assistant registry
Preferred:
Ability to work with a diverse and geriatric population
Communicate efficiently, with empathy and understanding for
residents and coworkers
Experience working as a HHA, PCA, DSP, NA, Resident Assistant
Work experience in a customer service setting

Vaccination Update
