Located on Grand Avenue and 145th Street East in Burnsville, this new community will include 116 senior apartments and 18 memory care suites.Havenwood of Burnsville features apartment living for individuals ready to embrace all the benefits of retirement, located in the heart of Burnsville, just off of County Road 42 and 35W in Burnsville, MN. Havenwood is a new senior community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Care Suite apartments in a friendly neighborhood setting.Havenwood of Burnsville is seeking Resident Assistants/CNA to deliver hands-on personal care to meet each resident's physical health and hygiene needs according to their individual care plan and under the direction of a nurse. The Resident Assistant/CNA will also perform specialized procedures including medication administration, medication reminders, accurate vital signs, simple wound care dressing and catheter care.Schedule:FT & PT EveningsFT & PT Nights

• Shift differential on Night shift! Additional $1.00 for every hour worked on nights!$1000 Tuition Reimbursement after 90 days of employment for actively enrolled students.
  Minimum qualifications:
  • One year nursing assistant care experience in a long-term care or assisted living environment
  • Previous experience in medication administration
  • Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationshipsPreferred qualification:
