Job Overview:We are looking for a Director of Clinical
Reimbursement- MDS RN to join our team in ensuring that the safety
and health needs of the senior age long term care residents are met
at our facility in Minneapolis, MN. The Director of Clinical
Reimbursement is responsible for the Coordination of RAI process
and reimbursement process for long-term care.This nursing position
includes:80 hours every two weeksMonday through FridayFull Benefits

others.Oversees MDS assessment/Care Planning as required by State
and Federal lawManages reimbursement systemStays current regarding
long term care trends and state/federal regulationsUses Quality
Indicator data, other reports to improve Quality Performance and
MDS accuracyProvides educational training related to MDS/RAI
process to all staff on an ongoing basis and as neededOther duties
as assigned and directedRequired QualificationsAssociate of Science
Associate Degree - Registered Nurse (required within 90-days after
hire date)Registered Nurse RN Licensure/Registered with the MN
Board of Nursing (may initially hold LPN licensure but RN licensure
required within 90-days after hire date) within 90 DaysBasic Life
Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross) Current Basic Life
Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart
Association (AHA) or American Red Cross; accepted certifications as
follows -AHA: BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program or
BLS Provider - BLS Instructor. American Red Cross: CPR/AED for
Professional Rescuers and/or Healthcare Providers, Life Guarding
First Aid/CPR/AEDPreferred Qualifications1 year One to Three Years
