As a Project Manager -- you will partner with clients undertaking major digital business or engineering transformation engagements. You will work within a cross-functional, globally distributed team to lead the planning, estimation, and delivery of client projects and programs.

Your Impact:

The Associate Director Project Management owns the successful delivery of projects & client work through effective program management, client management, and team leadership. The role requires a sufficient breadth and depth of expertise in These capabilities to lead large multi-disciplinary teams of people to successfully deliver integrated client solutions.

Your Skills & Experience:

10+ years of project management experience, managing large, complex and cross functional/discipline projects

Strategic expertise and ability to drive multi-disciplinary teams

Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, listening, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills

Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in managing projects

Client management experience liaising with business owners and executive level clients

Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings

Solid understanding of the creative and technology process

Proven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills

Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience
