The Five Star Professional award program is conducted in more than 45 markets across the United States. Five Star Professional was founded in 2003 and is based in Eagan, Minnesota.
The professionals that receive the Five Star Professional award have the option to share their news through free and paid marketing programs. The goal of Five Star Professional is to help consumers find service professionals that provide their clients with high quality service and to help the service professional achieve their business and growth objectives.
Position Summary:The Account Manager will advise award winners on how they can use the company's marketing packages to leverage the award and grow their business. The Account Manager is required to meet three expectations, 1) achieve sales goals, 2) adhere to defined sales best practices, and 3) ongoing commitment to continuous improvement. The position is an inside sales role, primarily appointment based, with no cold calling.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related
  • Minimum two years prior sales experience
  • Ability to call and work directly with high performing service professionals within multiple industries
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM (preferably Salesforce)
