Great Monday through Friday schedule with rare weekends! We are hiring for experienced Maintenance Lead for 1st shift in Cadott. Electrical experience with PLC familiarity are certainly skills we are looking for! Position – Production Facility Maintenance Technician Job Location – Cadott, WI Starting Dates – Immediately Employment Term – Direct Hire Employment Type – Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00 pm with occasional weekend hours required) Starting Pay – $55k to $65k per year Required Education – High School Diploma or equivalent required, technical diploma preferred Required Experience – At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical maintenance technician in an industrial setting, production facility required Primary Responsibilities: • Follow safety policies and procedures and report any unsafe conditions. • Assemble and install new production equipment, make mechanical repairs, and perform electrical repairs. • Complete and direct preventative maintenance tasks. • Supervise and direct work of maintenance assistant. • Comprehend diagrams as they relate to electrical and mechanical requirements. • Make sound problem-solving decisions. • Create positive work environment with coworkers. • Organize maintenance parts and supplies. • Organize and maintain Maintenance work stations. Qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical maintenance technician • Solid technical/mechanical aptitude. • Experience with and familiarity of PLC and HMI is a plus. • Experience with 3-phase electrical components. • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift throughout an 8-hour period. • Basic computer knowledge will be helpful. • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. • Position requires ability to become fork lift certified.
