Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembler, $20-22 Job Description We are seeking an entry-level Assembler for our facility in Anoka, MN. This role involves building and assembling copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products. You will work with hand and power tools, utilizing blueprints to construct complex assemblies of cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. Additionally, you will learn to braze copper piping and grind finished products. The position requires standing throughout the shift and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products. Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks. Read and interpret blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. Learn and perform brazing on copper piping. Grind and finish assembled products. Work both individually and collaboratively as part of a team. Essential Skills Experience with hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Capability to stand throughout the entire shift. Desire to enter the manufacturing industry. Additional Skills & Qualifications 3 months of assembly experience is a plus. Knowledge or experience working with tools. Comfortable standing for the entire shift. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a very large, high-speed manufacturing environment that is clean, though it can get hot in the summer as it is not temperature controlled. This is not an assembly line position, providing a dynamic and engaging work atmosphere. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ramsey, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
