Role :- Senior Electrical Engineer

Location :- Burnsville, Minnesota (Hybrid)

• 
  
• The senior electrical engineer will be responsible for the design, development, test, qualification, certification, and product lifecycle support of IADS products. The senior engineer will be a highly motivated self-starter who will be capable of leading a team of electrical engineers on a large project to meet the cost and schedule objectives.
  
• Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience OR
  
• Experienced in circuit theory, analog and digital design, instrumentation, semiconductor devices, power supply design (low & high power) and solid-state devices
  
• Experience designing Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs)
  
• Experience reviewing and/or writing product specifications and determining design requirements and scope of work
  
• Experience of requirements management and design verification process
  
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
• Design and test experience with RTCA DO-160 & MIL-STD-461 - - -
  
• Experience in analog design, electromagnetic interference (EMI), lightning protection, power supply design, digital communications, qualification testing, high power electronics and PCB layout
  
• Proficiency with Allegro and Cadence tools to design Schematics, Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), Circuit Cards Assemblies (CCAs) and associated drawings
  
• Performs engineering work for new products to ensure specification, quality standards, and functional objectives are met.
  
• This includes researching, developing, designing, and testing electrical components, equipment, systems, and products.
  
• Leads technical effort of a small to medium electrical engineering project team including)
