Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity offers a position serving elementary school students
with speech and language needs in a supportive school environment
in Lakeville, MN. The role is focused on providing speech-language
pathology services to a caseload of 65 students, including those in
center-based programming. Candidates with active MDE School
Certification and expertise in school-based speech-language
pathology are encouraged to consider this engaging contract role
available for the current school year. Key Responsibilities: -
Assess, plan, and deliver speech and language therapy to students
within an elementary school setting. - Support students in both
general and center-based programming to enhance their communication
skills. - Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
to optimize student outcomes. - Maintain progress documentation in
accordance with school and regulatory standards. - Manage a
caseload of approximately 65 students, addressing diverse speech
and language needs. Qualifications: - Active Minnesota Department
of Education (MDE) School Certification in Speech-Language
Pathology. - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. -
Experience working in school settings, especially with
elementary-aged children. - Skilled in supporting students with a
variety of speech and language challenges. - Strong communication
and collaboration skills. Location: Lakeville, MN. Additional
Details: - Contract duration: Current School Year (CSY). -
Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours/week, typically 8:15 a.m. to 4:15
p.m. - Opportunities for part-time Vocational SLP roles may also be
available. - Caseload includes students in a center-based program.
