are hiring at our Intergenerational Child Care program in
Burnsville MN. Ebenezer is looking for a Child Care Teacher!There
is nothing quite like watching a childs eyes fill with wonder or an
elders face light up with happiness. At Ebenezer Ridges Child Care
and Senior Campus located in Burnsville , MN we are lucky to
experience both each and every day. Our intergenerational childcare
philosophy is learning through play and exploration and bringing
multiple generations together in a stimulating environment. As
children and older adults share memories, play games and create
together, an unmistakable bond forms that transcends generations.We
are looking for an Child Care Teache r to support Ebenezers
Intergenerational program by caring for and supervising the care of
our children in their assigned age group. The Child Care Teacher
will lead, plan and organize childcare program activities to ensure
that the program provides the highest quality childcare
available.Early Education Child Care Teacher schedule includes;
- 80 hours in two weeks

DescriptionResponsibilities include but not limited to:
- Implementing developmentally age appropriate curriculum.
- Develop and implementing weekly lesson plans
- Assessing each child's development and coordinate
Parent/Teacher conferences twice per year
- Maintain a child friendly and orderly classroom
- Implementing effective guidance and support strategies
- Connect with parents on child development issues, policies and
other concerns related to their children
- Report any concerns to the director regarding staff or
classroom issues
- Maintains confidentiality of records and information of staff
and families
- Participates in program areas such as intergenerational
activities
- Supervise health, safety and overall wellbeing of the children
at all times
- Maintain certification in Pediatric First Aid, CPR,
SUIDS/AHTQualificationsMinimum QualificationsHigh school
Diploma/GED-Child Developmentor Teacher qualified underMinnesota
Rule 9503.0032Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Early
Childhood Education or related field1-2 years experience working
with young childrenMust be able to lift 40lbs.CPR and Pediatric
