Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday 10pm - 6:30am We are looking for a reliable and experienced Dispatcher to schedule and dispatch temporary janitorial team members to various locations. Military Occupational Specialty Code: 88N, 92A, LS, YN, 0411, 3531, 2T1X1, 2T2X1 • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. • Schedule and dispatch resources, which may be team members, crews, and teams to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using telephones and email. • Ensure timely and efficient movement of team members according to work orders and/or resource schedules. • Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s). • Record and maintain files and records of dispatch information including temporary employee time and schedules. • Confer with ABM supervisors and team members to address questions, problems, and requests for temporary coverage. • Compile statistics and reports on work progress. • Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older. • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required. Preferred Qualifications: • Bilingual in English and Spanish. • One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience. • Prior experience scheduling and dispatching 50 employees.
