At Fury Motors South St. Paul, we’re looking for an Express Service
Advisor who’s passionate about people, vehicles, and building
long-term customer relationships. In this role, you’ll be the first
point of contact for our service guests — ensuring a smooth,
efficient, and positive experience from drop-off to delivery. What
You’ll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a
welcoming service experience Listen actively to customer concerns
and accurately document vehicle symptoms Recommend maintenance and
repairs based on mileage, history, and manufacturer guidelines
Prepare complete and accurate repair orders and cost estimates for
labor and parts Communicate updates and follow-up timelines
throughout the service process Coordinate vehicle flow with
technicians and parts departments to ensure efficiency Verify
completed work aligns with customer authorizations and final
invoices Review all work performed and charges with customers
clearly and confidently Build trust through honesty, reliability,
and consistent follow-through What We’re Looking For Previous
experience as a Service Advisor, Express Advisor, or Assistant Lane
Manager preferred Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer
satisfaction and build long-term relationships High energy,
professionalism, and a customer-first attitude Strong
communication, organization, and multitasking skills Computer
proficiency and willingness to learn new systems Integrity,
teamwork, and a desire for career growth within the Fury family
