years. Representing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram , we’re looking
for a Service Advisor who delivers transparent communication,
premium customer care, and performance-driven results. At Fury,
you’re not just managing repairs — you’re helping customers feel

family. What You’ll Do Greet and assist service guests, creating
positive first impressions and lasting relationships Accurately
document vehicle concerns, maintenance needs, and recommended
repairs Review multi-point inspections, prioritize repair options,
and educate customers on next steps Coordinate repair orders with
technicians, parts, and warranty teams to ensure efficiency Provide
timely updates, secure approvals, and review final invoices at
delivery Recommend maintenance and repairs aligned with OEM
standards and customer safety Meet and exceed goals for CSI, HPRO,
and ELR through transparent, ethical practices What We’re Looking
For Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred
(1–3 years) Familiarity with DMS systems (CDK, Dealertrack,
Reynolds, etc.) Excellent communication, organization, and
problem-solving skills Automotive knowledge with the ability to
explain technical details clearly and confidently Valid driver’s
license and clean driving record What We Offer Compensation:
$48,000 – $180,000 annually (based on experience and performance)
