Representing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram, we’re looking for a Service Advisor who delivers transparent communication, top-tier customer service, and performance-driven results. At Fury, you’re not just managing repairs—you’re helping customers feel confident about their vehicles and proud to be part of the Fury family. What You’ll Do Greet and assist service guests, creating positive first impressions and lasting relationships. Accurately document vehicle concerns, maintenance needs, and repair recommendations. Review multi-point inspections, prioritize repair options, and educate customers clearly on next steps. Coordinate repair orders with technicians, parts, and warranty teams to ensure efficiency. Provide timely updates, secure customer approvals, and review final invoices at delivery. Recommend maintenance and repair services aligned with OEM standards and customer safety. Achieve and exceed performance goals for CSI, HPRO, and ELR through transparent, ethical practices. What We’re Looking For Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred (1–3 years). Familiarity with dealership management systems ( CDK, Dealertrack, or Reynolds ). Excellent communication and organizational skills with a professional, customer-first mindset. Automotive knowledge with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
