Why You’ll Love Working Here: Competitive Pay: $19–$25/hour DOE Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $750/quarter On-Call Bonus: $100 per rotation Annual Raises: Up to 5% Referral Bonus: $500–$1,000 Tool, Boot & Pant Reimbursement Paid Training & Tuition Assistance Employees are eligible for 20% off rent at any Monarch community, terms and conditions apply Employee Appreciation & Anniversary Gifts 401(k) with 3% Company Match Benefits That Actually Work: Health & Dental Insurance – just $45/month Vision Coverage Life Insurance Paid Time Off: 80–160 hours/year paid holidays Your Role: Keep Our Community Running Smoothly: Complete resident work orders & apartment turns Troubleshoot & repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances Interior & exterior painting, light carpentry Preventative maintenance & grounds upkeep Keep the maintenance shop clean, organized, and safe Who We’re Looking For: 1 year of apartment or facility maintenance experience Knowledge in: drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, water heaters EPA, HVAC, or CPO certifications a plus Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM, plus on-call rotation of 1 week every 3 weeks What to Expect: A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
